Graffito T28. Object – Offering Table with Palm Frond

This column shows two juxtaposed images that also occur together elsewhere in the temple (see graffito T29): a palm frond to the left and, to the right, a square offering table, with a spout facing down. Offering tables were commonly placed outside tombs for visitors to pour liquid offerings to sustain the spirits of the deceased.
